After flying into Seatac from Mrs. America, my family drove straight to Whidbey Island to celebrate Military Family Appreciation Day on Saturday, September 11 - never forgetting those who have lost their lives on that fateful day 9 years ago. God bless our military for their sacrifices and service to fight back against terrorism.
